All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm EST are shipped the same day; however, we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.
We encourage customers to place an order when half of their CBD product is gone. This helps prevent shipping delays and minimizes the chance of a missed CBD Oil dose. We ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

At Veré, we work to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information about product damage, and submit photo evidence with your claim.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full transaction price, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of the product-received date. Customer is responsible for return shipping to: PO Box 454, Pompton Lakes, NJ, 07442. Please submit your request to email@example.com. Refunds will be made in their entirety (minus shipping costs) to the customer’s original form of payment.
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times are dependent on customer’s distance from our New Jersey warehouse and fulfillment center. Typical shipping times vary from 2-5 business days (Monday – Friday) after processing is complete. This estimate does not include potential for inclement weather or holidays. We try our best to send orders quickly, even if it means running to the Post Office or FedEx after their scheduled pick-up. Due to a high volume of orders, please allow up to 2 business days after your order has been placed for packages to ship. Please note: The day your order ships does not count as the first business day of shipping. For example, if your order ships on Monday, May 25 via USPS Priority Mail, May 26 is considered the first shipping day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email email@example.com. We are happy to provide you with your tracking number.
