Breakfast with the Beatles
Combine 2 of our favorite loves— Beatles and breakfast— with this easy peasy smoothie recipe.
Can you think of a better way to start the day than with the Beatles jamming in the background as you make this soon-to-be favorite, pineapple and orange smoothie? This creamy, nutrient-rich, pineapple and orange smoothie is loaded with vitamins and minerals. It’s what we lovingly refer to as a glass of sunshine and a great way to super charge your morning.
Tell Alexa or Siri to play Beatles “Here Comes the Sun” as you begin your preparations, and get ready for 3 minutes of pure bliss.
Here Comes the Ingredients (doo doo doo)
- 1 ripe & frozen banana, chopped into 1 inch pieces (Don’t get too excited and forget to peel the banana before you chop. Unfortunately, this has happened more often than we would like to admit.)
- 1 orange, peeled & chopped into chunks
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
This makes for 2 servings, and we recommend chopping the pineapple the night before.
Here comes the Instructions, and I say It's all right
Combine all ingredients in your blender of choice, and push the start button to blend. It’s that easy.
